If there are any updates with the payment, we’ll notify you by email. This process typically takes up to 2 business days. The notification will be sent to the contact email address you provided when signing up for QuickBooks Payments.
Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have been filtered there. If you are unable to find the email, I recommend reaching out to our Payments Live Support Team for further assistance. They have the tools and expertise to help you resolve the issue.
