You can request a phone call from a support agent from within QuickBooks Online with the following steps:
Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
Select Contact US on the pop-up.
Enter what you're needing assistance with in the How can we help? field and choose Continue.
Click Get a callback.
Enter your contact information.
Select Call me.
If you don't see the option for Get a callback, you can toggle it by entering Support in How can we help?.

i've clicked on the help menu, I've searched through the support tabs on Quickbooks on line and through my desktop version. There is no contact link. Just have support and then articles.
I hate having to deal with questions on Quickbooks, what should be a straight simple answer becomes a major ordeal and I never get the resolution! The screens shown or the links suggest never exist on my version or look totally different than what is suggested.
I wish everyone would get on the same page!!!! I just need help!!!!
