A Signature is Auto populating a state Tax form

I have noticed a Signature is showing up on my states Income Tax form/report prior to printing. How do I get rid of it, as it is not a name that's associated with the company.

I am happy to assist.  Sounds like we need to update your filing name within your payroll settings, so that the correct name is associated with the tax forms. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️, select Payroll Settings.
  2. Under Taxes, select General Tax Information.
  3. Enter the correct Filing Name, and select OK.
