accidently exported in to online a wrong company from desktop

The process of moving company data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online is irreversible. That said, if you exported a wrong company file from the desktop version, you'll need to create a new QBO account for the correct company.

If you are using QBO Simple Start, you won't be able to purge it. You have to open a new blank account and cancel the old one.
