Account on hold in error...no help

Let me help reactivate your account in QuickBooks, userageinginyourplac.

 

Here are the possible reasons you’re seeing the error when reactivating the subscription:

  • You have no user access rights.
  • The account number is invalid.
  • The card is over the limit or expired.
  • The billing address in the system includes special characters and doesn't match with the one shown on your credit card statement.
  • The browser’s cache is full.
  •  

You'll want to update your billing information on file. I'll show you how to do it below:

 

  1. Log in as the Master or Company Admin.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then click Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing Subscription.
  4. Click Edit ✎ beside your payment method.
  5. Update your credit card info.
  6. Ensure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  7. Once done, select Confirm card or Save.

 

Once done, you can resubscribe to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to your Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription and click the Resubscribe link.
  4. Enter the new billing information. Then, select Subscribe.
