I have several clients that get confused with just a Total Account Balance on their invoice and really need an account summary. Does QB Desktop have the ability to produce invoices with the account summary included (like you can in QB online)?
What you said is correct, but on QB Online you can have an account summary (the most recent payments received and unpaid invoices listed in a summary box on the current invoice. There were many things about QB Online that I didn't like, but this is one item I did like and was hoping that I might be able re-create it in QB Desktop.
Is there any way to import that information to the bottom of an invoice?
