Join nowHi I am from NZ and I was entering an invoice and a box popped up asking fro an activation code. I am running Quickbooks Pro 2010/11. I entered the activation code on the disc and it will not accept it. The program has also stopped me from emailing invoices out to customers

There’s another method of activating the license number and product number in QuickBooks. However, we’ll need to pull up your account to generate an activation key. I'd suggest getting in touch with our Phone Support Team to help you through it. Here's how:
Once done, enter the key by following the steps below:
Then, we can update QuickBooks to its latest release for an up-to-date fixes that will also help us send invoices smoothly.

Try reinstall your QuickBooks and activate it. QuickBooks activation server may has detected another activation request from somewhere and reset your license status.
