Add/Edit Multiple List Entries is missing from List menu

I just assumed stewardship of the data entry in an office using QuickBooks Desktop 2022 for Mac. I need to correct a lot of customer data that has been entered haphazardly and incorrectly over a couple of decades. My web searching has identified "Add/Edit Multiple List Entries" and "Advanced Excel Import Utility" as likely methods to make the corrections without having to open each customer detail one-at-a-time (shoot me now).

I want to start with Add/Edit Multiple List Entries, but it isn't in the List menu. Am I missing something, or is Add/Edit Multiple List Entries not available in the Mac version?

Add/Edit Multiple List Entries is missing from List menu

I am replying only to warn other QuickBooks Desktop users that the "Add/Edit Multiple List Entries" function is NOT included in the Desktop version. A phone conversation with Intuit Customer Support was required to find this out. It speaks poorly of the QuickBooks support personnel training that Candice C (QuickBooks Team) didn't already know this, especially since the process of posting to this forum specifically requires the version and platform of QB being used by the inquirer. In fact Candice's reply is evidently a canned response designed to fulfill some pre-configured criteria only valuable to those trying to impress a board of directors with statistics. Wow. QB folks, you really need to update your support info so people like me don't have to spend so much time and stress only to find out we purchased a product that doesn't actually have a feature we thought it had! Better still, how about putting the feature into the product?? Just sayin...

Thank you for posting because I have been calling and getting sent from one department back to another and than back again. I hired QB bookeeper to help me and changed from online to desk top and had no idea that you could not edit or correct so what do we do delete everything and start ourselves from scratch?
