Added a new client in QBOA, purchased the QBO essentials using wholesale billing through my firm, How do I get the client started with signing in to his account and connecting accounts? New to QBs, 1st new client..

Thanks for joining us into the Community. I can help share information on how clients can sign in to their QuickBooks account.

 

When you process a subscription on behalf of your client, they will be receiving an email on how to set up their login credentials. For more insights into the process, I'm adding the article I recommend on this:

 

How to create a client in QuickBooks Online Accountant.

 

If your client is unable to receive an email, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Specialists. One of them will be able to review the registration status and resend the email message all over again.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log into your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click the Contact us hyperlink.
