Once you add or invite an accountant to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), they'll be able to access your company file and financial data including bank accounts through their QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA).
To add or invite an accountant, here's how:
1. Go to the Gear icon at the upper right. 2. Pick Accountant under About You column. 3. Enter their email address in the Invite your accountant field. 4. Click Send invite, then select done once the confirmation appears.

The accountant can access (add/view) transactions and reports on your company file. They'll also be able to view your banking page and accounts, however, for the security of your account, they can't modify your bank's login credentials nor access your online banking.
