Adding logo to invoice

When I select the Use logo option in the customization window, I get an error saying :The filename you entered is too long or is not a valid filename. I never get the chance to enter a filename.

Hi richardsdl,

 

You may encounter this error message if there's a problem with the template. We can try using a different template and upload the logo again. 

 

If it doesn't work, then we can do the Verify and Rebuild Data to resolve common data issues.

 

Once done, try to select the logo again. If you get the same result, please contact one of our Phone Support Specialists to investigate this further.

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Select your QuickBooks Desktop version.
  4. Select Solving Issues & Error Message, and choose Common Errors.
  5. Scroll down and click the Get Phone Number button.
