Admin Password Reset - QB Enterprise

I rebuilt my datafile, and now my username/password don't work.  I am the Admin, so I can't ask the admin to reset it.  And I've followed the instructions on Intuit's website to get a verification code (3x) to reset the password, but I never get a verification code via e-mail.  I've gone to the CAMPS website to verify information, and it's all good.  So...anybody have any suggestions since Intuit Support is closed on the weekends?

Unfortunately, you have to contact Intuit Support at US directly should you need to talk to an agent. Intuit Team at Singapore only support any issue regarding QBO Global version.

 

You could consider to contact third party vendor as well if you don't mind to pay the service for password reset.

Go to Passware.  You can download a trial version and remove the password.
