Quickbooks only cares about collecting as much money as they can. No real help - Just from people like me, that are at their computers - trying to help, but not very much help. As far as the money goes, I have wasted enough time talking to people that have the only answer which is, here is your money back and cancel your account. I cannot do that, and I feel stuck with your product -
Your monthly charges which went up without notice - Your credit card charges and charges for credit card equipment which make you more money - Credit card equipment which breaks and you have to buy more -
Apps which don't work - ie. Try looking at today's activity on the app - I worked at one time but not anymore - If we try to get help, It is a wasted day worth of someone on the phone -
Like everything with your product, it is designed to make Quickbooks more and more money. There are no good solutions to the App not working properly. There are no good answers to the multitude of charges that we incur, other than, to cancel the account and get a prorated refund. That's not really an option because we are stuck with your product and all that goes with it. Monthly charges on top of all the credit card charges - and credit card equipment charges - I'm not happy - I'm stuck
