All Shopify sales are coming into QuickBooks Online as non-taxable because the corresponding tax code wasn’t selected, A2H.

To mark these sales as taxable, you can modify their status by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Sales section, and click on All Sales to view all transactions.
  2. Locate and open the specific Shopify sales transactions.
  3. Change their status to Taxable.

Once you've updated the status of your Shopify sales, they will reflect in your sales tax liability.

Moving forward, before importing your Shopify sales into QuickBooks Online, ensure that you select the corresponding tax code for each tax setup in Shopify. You can refer to this article for guidance: Shopify and QuickBooks Online Integration guide.

Also, I have included an article that explains common tax setups in QuickBooks Connector, which you can use as a future reference: Configure Tax with QuickBooks Connector.
