All the sudden when I send a invoice there is no options to pay it and I cant select anything while creating it. If used to have options then out of the blue it disappear

All the sudden when I send a invoice there is no options to pay it and I cant select anything while creating it. If used to have options then out of the blue it disappear

One possible reason you might not see the payment option when sending an invoice is that your QuickBooks payment account could be inactive. You can follow the steps below to see if your Payment account is connected and active:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon on the top right.
  3. Choose Account and settings.
  4. Select the Payments tab on the left-side menu.

 

If your payment account is active, you'll see details about your payment, including deposit speed and other settings. However, if your account is inactive, you'll be prompted to activate a payment account.
