Amazon Business App

So we have been using the app integration for a few months and it was working great but ever since dec 1 its been messy -  as of 12/7 no transactions seemed to connect so I disconnected the app and re-installed it seemed which seemed to have imported all of the transactions i needed - however 2 wont let me add them because they need to be "review" (Attachment) - I client save and nothing happens. 

 

I am also realizing that the App doesn't seem to be pulling transactions on a daily basis like it was doing prior to 12/1. 

 

please let me know of the solution to get the 2 transactions added so i can match them on with my CC charges. 

 

This app was working great for our needs but it seems that since 12/1 everything with it has gotten funky. what happened anyone know?

For now, we can do these troubleshooting steps to check if the issue is browser-related. You can start by using an incognito browser to see if it's related to the data gathered while browsing.

 

Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • For Google Chrome, press Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Safari, press Command + Shift + N

 

If you can now connect your Amazon business to QuickBooks Online, you'll need to clear your cache in your regular browser. This will help improve the performance of your device.

If the issue persists, I’d recommend contacting Amazon Support. They can provide information for the steps you need to do.

You can also upload transactions manually using the CSV file format. Once done, you'll now need to categorize and match them in QuickBooks.
