Hi I have problem with QB PRO 2018

Unrecoverable errors are usually caused by software, data, system or computer issues. What are you doing when you get the error message? The troubleshooting steps we need to perform depends on this situation.

Meanwhile, we can try the general troubleshooting steps for unrecoverable error. Let's start by ending the QuickBooks application that is running in the background.

Press the Ctrl + Alt and Delete keys at the same time.
Choose Start Task Manager.
Look for .qb.exe, .qb and QuickBooks. Then, right click on it and choose End Task.

Now, let's suppress the Desktop while starting QuickBooks:

Press and hold the Ctrl key.
Double click on your QuickBooks program icon.
Hold the Ctrl key until you have the No Company Open window.

Next, you have to open a sample company file, run reboot.bat, and troubleshoot the QuickBooks Desktop application. For the detailed instruction, please click the link above.
