Annual Subscription for PRO 2020

I have some pre-purchase concerns

1. What happens after my subscription of 1 yr, will that mean i will not be able to use the QKs or ?

2. The One time for a pro 2020 worth $299.95 and its pointed to support Up to 3 users10 but on attempting to buy i get the user drop down and 3 users goes upto 799.95 USD, what does the "Up to 3 users10" mean ?

3. How can i contact the customer support online ?

I'm here to share some information to help answer your questions one-by-one.

 

To start with, depending on the QuickBooks released version you've purchased, it's good for 3 years. Since you recently purchased QuickBooks 2020 version, you'll be able to receive software updates to keep it updated for the next 3 years. This is important especially if you use any of the QuickBooks add-on services such as running payroll or receiving payments online.

 

If not, you can still continue using QuickBooks, it will continue to work for you. However, you'll not be able to avail to live technical support or any of the other Intuit services that can be integrated with QuickBooks Desktop. You can check this article for more information about the latest QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation: QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy and upgrade information.

 

Lastly, you can contact our Customer Care Team through the Help icon within QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click QuickBooks Desktop Help or you can directly press the F1 on your keyboard.
  3. In the Search field, enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Click the Contact us button below.
  5. Enter a brief description of your issue.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. You can choose Message an Agent.

Just to be on point,

1. Even after my 1 year, I can still use the product but not be enjoying some services like Payrolls, Online Support etc 

2. Does the cost of $149.95/yr on PRO or 3 users or a single user?

You have to pay the renewal in full price every year. Otherwise you are unable to use it any longer.

If you purchase a single one time license of QB Pro/Premier, you are eligible to get updates for up to 3 years of the product. Company supports QBD 2020 until May 2023. You are allowed purchasing the license thru a partner/reseller for a lower price. You may purchase QBD 2020 Pro 3 users for less than $600 with a free upgrade option to QBD 2021.

Company supports QBD 2020 Pro and QBD 2020 Pro Plus for up to 3 years.

As far as I know, the price is for QBD Pro Plus 1 user. You have to call Sales to purchase QBD Pro Plus for 2 or 3 users.

Right now I can't run any reports, so I have to think either you are completely cut off or the software is non-functional and after a week no one will contact me to either update my payment information - which I can't do on-line and a billing specialist was assigned a week ago???  Or update me on the systemic problem with Quickbooks.

I can help get things sorted out so you can run reports in QuickBooks Desktop, mlh1700.

 

Your reports could be damaged or corrupted. To fix the damage data on your file,  you can run the Verify and Rebuild Utility function. Let me show you how:

 

To Verify Data:

  1. Go to the File menu.
  2. Tap Utilities then Verify Data.
  3. Click OK on the prompt.

To Rebuild Data:

  1. Click the File menu.
  2. Go to Utilities and select Rebuild Data.
  3. Hit OK to back up your company file.
  4. Wait until the Rebuild is complete.
  5. Click View Results.

Once done, you'll want to make sure you have the latest features and functions in the system. That being said, always keep QuickBooks up-to-date.

 

Then, you can start running and customizing reports in QuickBooks.

 

On the other hand, QuickBooks doesn't delete any of your company data after a year of subscription. You only wan to update your payment information if you need to upgrade to QuickBooks 2021 or use payroll taxes.

 

To update your billing information:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPS) as an admin user.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop from your products and services.
  3. In the Billing Information section, click Edit.
  4. Update your payment information.
  5. When you’re done, select Save and Close.
  6. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  7. Go to the Help menu and hover over Manage My License, then select Sync License Data Online.
