There are several reasons why a subscription fee might change. For instance, if you had a promotional discount, it would remain in effect until the promotion expires.
On May 27, 2025, we sent an email announcing updates to both innovations and pricing changes for QuickBooks Online (QBO) products and services. If you haven't seen this notification, I recommend checking your inbox and your spam or junk folders.
If you would like to discuss your monthly subscription further, you can contact our live support team directly. Here’s how:
- Click the Help menu or the (?) icon in the upper-right corner of QBO.
- Go to the Assistant tab.
- Type Contact Support in the chat box and press Enter.
- Provide a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
- Choose your preferred option. Have us call you or chat.
