There are no reported cases of not being able to get support from these channels. Thus, you should be able to get a callback or message an agent through your QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you're having issues, you may connect with our Support Team by opening QuickBooks using a private browser. Stocked cache on the regular browser you're using may affect QuickBooks' performance.
To save you time, you can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
From there, you can connect with a live agent following these steps:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select either tab to get started:
- Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still choose to Talk to a human.
- Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
Our support is open from Monday to Friday 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
If it works, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Moreover, you can also use other supported and up-to-date browsers to narrow down the result.
