API Query with PaymentType = 'CreditCard' Does Not Find a Transaction

I've encountered a funny issue where my query seems to be missing a transaction!

I'm using Celigo to pull data QuickBooks Online.

When I run the following query, it returns no results

select * from Purchase Where PaymentType = 'CreditCard' And TxnDate >= '2019-01-01' And TxnDate <= '2019-12-31' OrderBy TxnDate ASC maxresults 1000

However, I know there is a matching result. In fact, the following query fetches it:

select * from Purchase Where Id = '135' And TxnDate >= '2019-01-01' And TxnDate <= '2019-12-31' OrderBy TxnDate ASC maxresults 1000

Here's what the data looks like (attached as a screenshot to preserve formatting):

Why is my query not finding the transaction. I also tried the PaymentType in ('CreditCard') format but same issue.

Thanks!

Let me route you to the right support, CEAdECostRat.

We can contact the third-party technical support for Celigo for further assistance with the integration to QuickBooks Online (QBO). The program is only dependent on what information they share with us. They can also help you to find the missing transaction and match them when importing the date to QBO.

Also, I'd suggest posting this question to our Intuit Developer Community. It's a place where different developers and coders help each other with app development, integrations, and programming. Here's how to get in touch with them:

  1. Go to this link: https://developer.intuit.com/.
  2. Scroll down, then click Contact us under the Intuit column.
  3. Select your subscription.
  4. Click Ask A Question.
  5. Sign in to your account, then follow on-screen instructions.
