Hello Mikempm,

 

We can update your App to refresh your data. This will clear up the used cache files created every time you use the app.

Let me show you how to clear up.

  1. In the App, click Help.
  2. Click Reset App Data.

Once done, try processing a credit card transaction again.

 

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app sometimes help.
