Are your in house accountants able to perform journal entry imports?

Hi there, Sade. Importing journal entries is one of the useful functions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to ease the task of entering them manually.

Currently, in-house accountants can't import journal entries. This function is only available for higher roles, such as Primary/Company admin and your firm's accountant.  You can read more from this article: User roles and access rights.

Alternatively, they can manually enter it in the Journal Entry tab. Or you can let them create the CSV or Excel file of the entries, then share it with the user that have access and import it in QBO.

I am glad you posted here. If you require additional questions or clarifications about importing journal entries or any accounting data in QBO, you can always return to this thread.
