Join nowI am having an issue...I know how to attach photos and whatever else to my invoices (Add attachments at the bottom of the invoice, then click "attach to email") however, the I do that the email invoice is sent to the customer with the invoice and each photo as a separate attachment. If I don't click on "attach to email" it doesn't send any of the attachments...So how do I attach the photos (or whatever) so that it attaches to the invoice and it sends as ONE attachment???? I have a customer who's system requires it to be in ONE attachment...not multiple.
Welcome to the Community, @ACCRoofer.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) sends multiple attachments separately by default. Also, there's a need for you to tick the Attach to email box to confirm you'll be sending it. This way, you have the option to cancel or not email it. I've got two possible workarounds you can consider doing.
First, viewing emails and attachments depends on the customers' email service provider. If they're using Outlook, they can click on View images. After, they'll have to press Ctrl+P in their keyboard and then save it as PDF. This way, they can view multiple attachments in one page.
Second, you can attach a PDF document containing multiple attachments. Your customers can download it and will be able to view it on one page as well.
Meanwhile, you'll want to visit our QuickBooks blog for the latest product updates. You can use this link to do this: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/blog/
You're also able to personalize your invoices in QBO so it becomes more appealing to your customers. Doing this will also let you get the desired formats and details you want from your invoices. Please refer to this article for more info on how to do the trick: How to customize invoices in QBO?.

HI, What about adding the attachments to the invoice links created by QuickBooks? is there an options to include attachments to links either as a single or multiple attachments?
You're unable to add attachments to the invoice link, monsieurduk.
Sharing the invoice link with your customer doesn't include attachments. You have to send the invoice via email so the customer can view the files.
I'm adding again this link to learn how attachment works in QuickBooks: Add attachments to customer and vendor profiles, as well as their transactions. It includes what transactions can keep files and what acceptable types you can use.
If you need to remind customers about invoice due dates, you can set up invoice reminders. Here's how:
I'm adding this link for additional information: Send invoice reminders automatically or manually in QuickBooks Online. It provides steps on how to include PDF copies of invoices.
