Hi there, @margo8.
To verify why you still encounter the error "CVS filing status validation failed"
There’s usually something here. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page.", let's open your QuickBooks in a private browser to see if we get the same thing.
Browsing privately disables the cache from saving your browsing data, and it's a good way to check issues caused by a full cache.
Let me guide you through the steps.
- Press CTRL+SHIFT+N for Chrome.
- Hold CTRL+SHIFT+P for IE and Mozilla Firefox.
Once done, go back to your home page and check your dashboard and your create button.
If it's working fine, you can clear your browser's cache. This will delete your temporary browsing history, thus, fixes QBO issues. Accessing your account using a different browser can be an option, too.
If the steps above will not work, you can use supported browsers as an alternative.
Please give us a call if you're getting the same result so we can create a ticket for you and investigate further.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help at the top right.
- Select Contact Us to connect with a live agent.
Here are two additional links that can provide additional information about importing transactions:
I want to make sure that you're able to get this resolved so that you're able to get back to running your business. Let me know if this helps. Take care!
