I can share with you some information about managing orders/inventories in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Barcode scanning is currently not available with the Online version of QuickBooks. For the time being, you need to track your products through the Products and Services window.
If you've purchased products, you can either enter a bill or purchase order.
- Open your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the (+) New icon.
- Select Bill or Purchase Order.
