Bank feed truncates memo/description. My bank provides full ACH memo, but QB Online only shows a duplicate, cut-off version. How to fix this bank feed parser error?

To clarify, when you say duplicate, are you referring to the Memo and Description fields showing the same text? If so, that's currently how QuickBooks Online (QBO) is designed; memo mirrors the Description unless manually edited. Regarding the truncated description, if the transaction is already posted or categorized, the description shows only a few lines of the Full bank description, but no worries, if you check this in the bank register, the full description and memo will be shown.
