Hi there, @tom264. I understand you're seeing truncated ACH memo/descriptions in your bank feed, even though your bank provides the full information.
To clarify, when you say duplicate, are you referring to the Memo and Description fields showing the same text? If so, that's currently how QuickBooks Online (QBO) is designed; memo mirrors the Description unless manually edited. If you mean something else, you can attach a screenshot so I can address your concern properly.
Regarding the truncated description, if the transaction is already posted or categorized, the description shows only a few lines of the Full bank description, but no worries, if you check this in the bank register, the full description and memo will be shown.
