First, you can manually update the bank account. It allows you to sync any missing transaction into your QuickBooks account. Here's how:
- Navigate to Accounting, then select Bank transactions.
- Select Update.
- Find your transactions in the Pending section.
If your bank transactions are still not downloading, I recommend visiting your bank’s website to check for any maintenance issues that may be preventing the transactions from appearing in QBO.
On the other hand, you can manually upload your transactions into QBO. Please note that once the connection is fixed, those transactions will sync automatically. Make sure to exclude any duplicates to keep your financial records accurate.
