My client used to use bill.com to pay bills. But, we canceled the subscription, and disconnected Bill.com from QBO. But now, when I try to access my client's books using the Mac app, I'm blocked by a "Intuit App Center - Sign Into Bill.com Using Your Intuit Account" page. I can't cancel out of it, or get past it. How do I get rid of this page? Thanks!
It turns out, that only solves the problem temporarily. The next time I open the QuickBooks app, I have to re-do the "clear app data" every time, because the Bill.com login keeps coming back up. And there's no way to just close the login page and ignore it - it blocks all my access to my client's books.
Let's ensure this issue will be fixed as soon as possible.
In this case, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the application to start fresh.
