Bill Pay for QuickBooks Online isn't working right now

Hey there, @juancy0761.

 

Thanks for asking the Community for your Bill Pay concern. I'm here to help you get past this issue. 

 

At the moment, we have an ongoing investigation about being unable to send or accept an invite to a vendor due to the unresponsive Online Bill Pay button. 

 

If this is what you're trying to do, I'd recommend you contact our Customer Care team so we can add your account to the list of affected users of INV-32605

 

If you're doing something different using the Online Bill Pay, we can use basic troubleshooting steps to determine if you're experiencing a browser-related issue. 

 

Please know that QuickBooks uses a cache to make the loading experience faster. However, it may cause some unexpected behavior when it gets full. 

 

Let's start by launching a regular browser, then follow these keyboard shortcut keys below to open the incognito or private browser: 

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

 

Next, log in to your QuickBooks company and see if you're able to use the online Bill Pay without any error. If it's working well, follow the steps to clear your cache and cookies to resolve the issue on the main browser. 

 

If it's still an issue, try using an another-supported updated browser to get an optimum experience of using QuickBooks.
