My employer use quotewerks as an invoicing application and export to Quick books online.
the invoice comes out from the app with all the expenses and products already stated
So, when i try to entry the bills (created by the Expenses) and mark them as billable to the client quick books adds it to the invoice duplicating the expense.
is there a way to mark the bills as billable without quick books duplicating it
** what i mainly trying to do here is to determine the profitability of a client within Quick books without having to delete any lines from the invoice produced by quotewerks
I am also wandering if there is an accounting method that can make that happen by going around the whole marking it billable step
