The best way to figure this situation out is by contacting our Customer Support Team for additional assistance. They'll be able to use a screen share tool to review your account and walk you through some steps to fix this. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Press the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
- Click the Contact Us hyperlink.
- Give a brief description of the issue and tap Let's talk.
- Scroll down and pick to Get a callback.
