Billing in EURO and payment in USD

Let me share insights on how QuickBooks Online (QBO) accepts payments in Multicurrency mode.

This feature lets you record transactions in the foreign currencies of customers, vendors, or bank accounts that don't use your home currency. Once it's on, you can add transactions in another currency and QuickBooks handles all currency conversions.

If you're using QuickBooks payments, the program will only allow you to accept payments in USD.
