How do we change the default storage location from computer to Google drive.We are using Desktop Pro 2019 and we wish two/three separate computer to be accessing QB file.We have already activated the multi-user mode.How do we go about changing the storage location?

Thank you for the assistance and prompt response.I think I should clarified that we want to be working from Google Drive as the Main storage for data on QB. All transactions processing will be done from Google Drive and back up should be on the C drive.This will ensure that two or three people can all work on the same data file on Google drive and data will be up todate all the time.That is the intention.Please advise if I should follow the same process as you have advised.

Allow me to provide additional information about saving the QuickBooks file and working from Google Drive.
Accessing the QuickBooks Desktop file from Google Drive isn't currently available in QuickBooks Desktop.
The QuickBooks database is quite active and constantly updating records and data. Because of this, file sharing services just can’t handle what QuickBooks needs to run, especially in a multi-user setup. This is to avoid creating conflicting data files.
