Thank you for reaching out to the Community. It's my priority to help you sort this out. We can customize your Budget vs. Actual report to the specific section you want to show up in the report. Please follow these steps:
- Go to Reports, and type Profit and Loss Detail Report in the search bar.
- Customize the Report period.
- Click Customize.
- Go to Filter section. Put a check mark on the desired section to show up on this report.
- You can also modify the Rows/Columns by check mark the desire section.
- Press Run Report.
That will point you on the right track to see the specific section like total amount paid on the report.
