How can I enter in account amounts by annual total rather than monthly total when creating a budget in Desktop Pro 2019?

Let me help share information about budget, @kitners.


As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to enter accounts' amount annually while creating budget. Its best to enter them monthly to let the system forecast your budget for a year.


While the option is not yet available, I suggest letting our product developers know about this request by sending feedback. I'll show you how.


  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online.
  3. Click Product Suggestion.
  4. Under Product Area, choose Customers Sales.
  5. Enter a few words describing how you want to enter the annual total budget for each account while using the feature.
  6. Select Send Feedback.
  7. Click Close Window.

Well its a shame that its an option on the Online version and not the Desktop. Not everyone's business operates the same and its nice to have options. I doubt the dev group cares that one user would like that option so I'll save that email.
