Join nowQB Crashes when I create a new vendor and enter a bill.
QB "Crash Catcher" hangs on my screen with message "Error Occurred, null must quit" I have to force quit this as it remains even after shutdown and re-start.
Profit and Loss reports "Standard" and "detail" do not match in COGS. Difference of 256.08 . " How is that possible? It's the same data for each report.
I have been a Windows desktop QB user since 1998. Recently converted to MAC desktop and started with new company file. Also have re-installed software twice.

Way to go at wasting our time Intuit. This is supposed to be a professional PAID software on which our business rely. Poor customer service is provided as on every rare occasion I have had to call for simple inquiries of bugs and it always took more than an hour of my time. Shameless
