Business validation error - please dvise

Hi, @natalie-mcscontr.

 

Welcome to the Community. I'd be glad to help get you pointed in the right direction for assistance with fixing the "Business Validation Error" that you received so you can get back to business. 

 

A business validation error usually occurs when a required field is left blank, or the field is filled in incorrectly. If you're accessing the app and get this error, I suggest communicating our Intuit Developer Team to fix this error. They have tools to examine on your account and assist you thru the process of correcting the issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
  2. Choose your product, then click Ask a Question
  3. Hit Create Account, then complete the needed information. 
  4. Tap Create Account. 

However, if this not all about the app, let's perform some basic browser troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem. To start, let's use a private browser when logging in to QuickBooks. This will help us isolate if the issue is specific to the browser.

 

  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If this fixes the error, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache storage of your browser to prevent unexpected behavior in the product. Otherwise, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.
