Consider having a 3rd party app for your field employees to integrate with QBO.

I'll share an insight into this concern about having a calendar in QuickBooks Online.

I agree with Fiat Lux - ASIA's response. Currently, a built-in calendar that you can use to set up jobs to manage your employees in QBO is unavailable. Consider looking for a third-party app that you can integrate into QuickBooks.

We're unable to suggest a specific app, but I'll guide you on how to look for one:

1. From the left panel, click Apps.
2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
3. Use the search bar and enter the keyword to look for an app.
4. Choose an app from the list.

In case you want to utilize the projects feature to track your project's profitability and manage your employees in the future: Set up and create projects in QuickBooks Online.

Can I please get an example of what I can type in to find a third party calendar app? I typed in calendar and couldn't find anything.

Another option, you can also use a 3rd party time tracker and scheduling app to integrate with QBO. With their  integration with Google Calendar, users will now be alerted of their shifts via Email, and have it appear automatically in their Google Calendar.
