We've recently updated a new way of contacting our Customer Support Team. Please keep in mind that this is a public forum and you should refrain from sharing any personal or private business information. To get through to our support, simply click the the Help icon from your QuickBooks Online account.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.undefined

 

To ensure we address your concern, our representatives are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturdays, PST. For more information, check out our support hours and types.  

 

Furthermore, I also have all of the resources necessary to handle QuickBooks issues from right here. You can leave a reply below and I'll be more than happy to lend a hand.

The callback option is grayed out and says it will be available Monday, but you supposedly have support staff Saturdays.  Please advise!

Thank you in advance.  We need a 'work in progress' report in Quickbooks Online Plus.  It needs to show job name, address, description, date and notes.  Is there anything available like this?
