can a limit staff access to quickbooks from one pc

can I limit a staff members access to my QuickBooks account to my office PC only? I don't want him to have remote access from other PC!

I'd like to help share some information about access limits in QuickBooks Online. 

 

QuickBooks Online allows you to specify user access rights to any of your staff. The user types available may vary depending on your QuickBooks plan.

If you want to be more in control of what your staff can see or do, you can select custom user access. You can refer to this article for the detailed instructions: Add and manage custom users.

You may access your account by internet from any devices. Everytime you want to log into it  from a new device (including on private/incognito browser), QuickBooks will ask a verification code from the registered email. But if you prefer to limit staff accessing from your computer only, you have to consider using QuickBooks Desktop instead.
