Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  3. From there, select the Contact Us button.
  4. Enter your concern in the description box and click Let's talk.
  5. Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback.

My QuickBooks still updating for 2 days and is still at 99%

There are a couple of reasons why an update might fail or not progressing at all,  Clussier436.

 

This includes high UAC settings or being block by an anti-virus application. I'll share with you the steps on how you to resolve common issues when updating QuickBooks. 

 

First, run Quick Fix my Program from the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub. Here's how:

 

  1. Download and install the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.
  2. Go to the Program Problems tab, then select Quick Fix my Program.
  3. Wait for the tool to finish the repair.

Once done, download or install the update once again. You can also check out these articles for more troubleshooting steps in case the issue persists:
