We have an investigation currently in place concerning an unexpected error when accessing the Help system in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Our product engineers are now prioritizing this so you can get back to your business as soon as possible.
I recommend giving our Customer Care Team a call using this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
This way, they can add your account details to the list of affected users. You'll be updated by email as soon as fix is implemented.

My Quickbooks Says that it needs to be reactivated and that it is not updated and paid. This is not true as it was paid in the beginning of January

Let me share some details about getting the lost file in QuickBooks. If you're referring to QuickBooks Online, you can access it on any device through a browser. However, if you're using the QuickBooks Desktop product, you may want to check if you have secured any file of QBW, QBB, or QBM file.
You can install the license of your QuickBooks Desktop account and restore it on the new computer if you have secured the file I've mentioned. If you haven't secured any files from it, you may use the QuickBooks Auto Data Recovery (ADR) feature.
It can restore lost transactions using your current or the last few hours of your Transaction Log file and a copy of your Company file.
This feature is available in QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise Solutions for Windows but not in Accountant Editions. I am unable to add polish ING bank account

For ING bank accounts, only the ING Direct AU (Australia) and ING European Union are available from the banking lists.
