I want to make sure we get this charging issue resolved for you, Dusttilldawn. I’ll get you in touch with the right department to provide clarity and support.

Given that you were prompted multiple times and still received this unexpected fee, and considering the confusion around the “free” naming, I recommend contacting our Live support team directly. They have the tools and access needed to review your account in detail and help resolve this issue promptly.

Here's how to connect with them:

  1. Inside QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Help menu.
  2. Select the Search option and type "contact support".
  3. Choose the Contact Us tab at the bottom.
  4. Enter the question, keyword, or topic you need help with.
  5. Follow the prompts, then choose e away to connect with us.

Alternatively, you can find the contact number in this hyperlink under the "I've tried all of the self-help options and still can't sign in" option.

Additionally, I'd like to share some valuable resources to help you effectively handle your transactions in QuickBooks Solopreneur. These guides will provide you with the necessary information to keep your financial records organized:

As your QuickBooks support partner, we are focused on addressing any questions or assistance you may need with filing taxes. I’ll keep this discussion open for any future communications.
