Can anyone tell me if there is a way to contact Intuit’s customer service. I see no phone numbers anywhere on the website and the chat with representative doesn’t work.

I understand that you are having issues with contacting our chat support, @wright7535.

 

As of this time, our means of support for QuickBooks Self Employed is through email and chat. As we explore more options on how we can better assist our customers, let me ensure to route you to the best support available.

 

To contact us, here's how:

  1. Click Help (?).
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. In the Ask a question field, enter a keyword about your concern.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a Chat
    • Post a Question

If the issue persists, you can try clearing your browser's history. Oftentimes, too much temporary internet files and stored cache/cookies stored may affect browser performance and processes.

 

Also, you can try using a different web browser.

Thank you for the quick response. 

 

I have have tried the “start a chat” option at least 5 different times and all attempts yielded no results or responses. No actual “chat” ever happens, even after waiting a very long time.

Thanks for keeping me updated about your concern here in the Community.

 

To further isolate the issue, this time I'd recommend accessing your account in a Private browsing window and make sure that you'd able to enable pop-up blockers

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts that will help them accomplish this in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once done, try to get in touch with our Chat support again. Make sure that you'd able to fill up your personal information, then click the Submit button to be routed to the Chat support. However, if you're still unable to connect with our Chat Support, I'd suggest you select contact QBSE support via Email instead.
