Currently, the option to add another user or an admin is unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). The platform is specifically designed for self-employed individuals, meaning only the primary account holder can access and manage the account.
That said, you can still track the trips your husband makes for your business manually. If he keeps a detailed record of each trip, including the date, purpose, and miles driven, you can enter this information into QBSE under the Mileage section.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QBSE account.
- Go to the Miles menu.
- On the Mileage screen, click the Add Trip button.

- Enter the necessary details, and once done, click Save.

If your business requires multi-user functionality or other advanced features, you can also consider upgrading to QuickBooks Online (QBO) instead. Unlike QBSE, QBO supports multi-user access, including administrator roles, and offers additional tools for managing business finances.
