Can I email my receipts into the system? If so what’s the email to use?

Emailing receipts to QuickBooks is currently available for QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essential, Plus, and Advanced subscriptions. Let's team up to ensure you successfully save your receipts to QuickBooks.

 

If you're subscribed to any of the products listed above, you can find the email address to use for sending in the Transactions menu. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Select Receipts, then Manage settings.
     


 

If you have a different QuickBooks subscription, you can upload your receipt instead. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Choose Receipts.
  3. Click on New Receipt, and choose how you want to upload it.
     


 

After that, make sure that your accounting records are accurate by reviewing and categorizing the transactions created from your receipts.
