CAN I GET A CALL BACK [removed by Moderator]

You can make a call back request to our phone support in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Type your concern in the "What can we help you with?" box.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose between Message an agent or Get a callback.

Hello,

This is rediculous! I need a call back. The phone numbers I have now direct me to the help menu. You say to choose "contact us" but my menu does't offer that option. On the phone message, it says this is an easier method of reaching help, but that statement is definately not true. How do I get a call back and real help?

I've got steps on how you can place a callback successfully in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

First off, let's do some basic troubleshooting steps to help fix this strange QuickBooks behavior so we can get you back to working order. 

 

To proceed, sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. This is for us to know if it's a data issue since there are times that the browser keeps frequently-accessed data, hence causing QBO to act this way. It can also help us because a private browser doesn't store data in the cache.

 

To save time, here are the shortcut keys to access a private browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Option + N

Once signed in, let's try following again the steps suggested by my colleague @Rejeil_O to see if you're now able to access the Contact Us button when placing a callback.

 

If you got it to work this time, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh. This way, the stored cache will be removed on the browser so the system will function efficiently. Then, you'll be able to do the task using the normal browser. However, if you're still getting the same problem, I'd recommend using another updated browser instead: How to use an updated browser.
