You can get a refund for an annual QuickBooks Online subscription if you're within 60 days of your purchase. This money-back guarantee doesn't apply to monthly subscriptions.
If you bought your subscription through a mobile app store like Google Play or Apple, you'll need to request the refund through them. If you purchased it directly from Intuit, you can use these steps:
- Log in to the Intuit Account Manager.
- Select Products & billing.
- Choose Request or track a refund.
- Complete the refund request form.
After you submit your claim, your license is deactivated and you'll lose access to the product immediately.
