It's great that we can give access to our system for assigned tasks, Lana.

QuickBooks Solopreneur does not allow restricting access to a specific bank account. User permissions are limited, designed as a simple, single-user platform for freelancers and contractors. While it offers the ability to invite an Accountant user, this role grants full access to all connected bank and credit card transactions for categorization and tax purposes. There are no granular user roles or custom permissions to restrict their view to a single bank feed.

If you require someone to organize and categorize transactions directly in QuickBooks, upgrade to Essentials or a higher-tier plan to enable user management functionality.
